Dhal Curry
Ingredients
- Dhal
- Onion
- Coconut milk
- Chili powder
- Turmeric powder.
- Cumin
- Mustard seed
- Fenugreek
- Salt
- Dreid chillies
- Green chillies
- Garlic
- Pandan
- Curry leaves
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
- Coconut oil
- Moringa leaves
Steps
- Wash the lentils and put it in clean pot.
- Cut the onions , garlic & green chilies in to pieces.
- Chop the garlic and ginger.
- Put coconut oil in a pan amd fry cumin, Mustard seed and fenugreek.
- Add cinnamon , dried chillies ,Chooped mixture , green chillies , curry leaves , pandan and mixed it.
- After tempering add some chilli and turmeric powder and stir.
- After tempered add the washed lentils.
- Mix it well and add some water and let it boil.
- After draining ghe water , add coconut milk and salt to it and cook the lentils.
- Finally add some moringa leaves.
- Now you can taste your dhal curry .
