 Lotus seed Curry

Ingredients

  • Lotus seeds
  • Tomatoes
  • Chillies
  • Cashews 
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Cinnamon
  • Oil
  • Curry powder
  • Masala curry powder
  • Youghurt
  • Mustard seeds
  • Pandan leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
Steps
  1. Clean the lotus seeds and washed them well.
  2. Then boil the tomatoes.
  3. Grind the boiled tomatoes, chillies, cashews, garlic and cinnamon.
  4. Put oil in to a pan and fry the lotus seeds.
  5. Then add oil in to another pan and tempered the musturd seeds, onions , chillies, curry leaves and pandan leaves.
  6. Add the tomato paste in to it and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, curry powder, cinnamon, salt, masala curry powder and youghurt.
  7. Then mix it well.
  8. Then add fried lotus seeds and water.
  9. Cooks well.
  10. When it cooked you can taste your lotus seed curry .
