Lotus seed Curry
Ingredients
- Lotus seeds
- Tomatoes
- Chillies
- Cashews
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Cinnamon
- Oil
- Curry powder
- Masala curry powder
- Youghurt
- Mustard seeds
- Pandan leaves
- Curry leaves
- Salt
Steps
- Clean the lotus seeds and washed them well.
- Then boil the tomatoes.
- Grind the boiled tomatoes, chillies, cashews, garlic and cinnamon.
- Put oil in to a pan and fry the lotus seeds.
- Then add oil in to another pan and tempered the musturd seeds, onions , chillies, curry leaves and pandan leaves.
- Add the tomato paste in to it and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, curry powder, cinnamon, salt, masala curry powder and youghurt.
- Then mix it well.
- Then add fried lotus seeds and water.
- Cooks well.
- When it cooked you can taste your lotus seed curry .
