Malabr Nut Curry

 Malabar Nut Curry ( Pawatta leaves Curry )

Ingredients 

  • Malabar Nuts (Pawatta leaves)
  • Onions
  • Green chillies 
  • Garlic 
  • Ginger 
  • Turmeric powder
  • Black pepper
  • Cinnamon 
  • Snoring
  • Fenugreek
  • Maldives fish
  • Pandan leaves
  • Tamarind leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
Steps
  1. First clean & wash  the pawatta leaves .
  2. Then add water & some salt in to pot and put pawatta leaves to it.
  3. Leave it for 10 minutes.
  4. Then wash again pawatta leaves with water and wash the tamarind leaves also.
  5. Next get a pot first add tamarind leaves on the top of it add pawatta leaves & snorin, again tamarind leaves on the top it pawatta leaves & snoring.
  6. Do it in order untill the pot is full.
  7. Add some salt in to it and water put it in the stove until leaves boiled. 
  8. When the leaves colour get brown get out the pot from the stove.
  9. Cut onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger, pandan & curry leaves in to small pieces.
  10. Cut the boiled pawatta leaves also.
  11. Add to pot pawatta leaves & cut all ingredients.
  12. Add curry powder, fenugreek, black pepper powder, maldives fish, cinnamon, cardamon, turmeric powder, cloves & salt .
  13. Mix the mixture well.
  14. Then add coconut milk in to it.
  15. Then cook it in the stove .
