 Sinhala Achcharu (Sri Lankan Pickle )

  • Make only in clay pots.

Ingredients

  • Red onions
  • Green chillies
  • Vinegar
  • Papaya
  • Black pepper
  • Mustard seeds
  • Oil
  • Salt
Steps
  1. Clean the red onions , papya and green chillies.
  2. Next boiled the red onions on the stove in 2 minutes.
  3. Then do it same to the green chillies.
  4. Add some vinegar to the mustard seeds and grind it.
  5. Escape to two chillies.
  6. Cut papaya in to thin pieces.
  7. Add papaya pieces , red onions , green chillies, salt and grind mustard and vinger in to the pot.
  8. Then mix it well.
  9. Add some black peper to it.
  10. Again mix well and store in a bottle.
