Ingredients
- Dried bilimbi
- Lime
- Salt
- Dried fish
- Onions
- Chilli pieces
- Curry leaves
- Green chillies
- Garlic
- Vinegar
- Maldives
- Curry powder
- Chilli powder
Steps
- First put oil in to a pan and fry the bilimbi.
- Fry the dried fishes.
- Cut the onions, garlic, curry leaves and green chillies.
- Then fry the onions, garlic, curry leaves and green chillies.
- Chop the bilimbi and dried fishes.
- Next put vinger on a pan and when its hot add chilli pieces, curry powder, fried bilimbi, ,onions , curry leaves, and green chillies.
- Mixed it.
- Then add some sugar to this mixture.
- When the bilimbi mixture cools add some lime.
- Now you can taste your bilimbi pickle.
