 Sour Bilimbi Pickle

Ingredients

  • Dried bilimbi
  • Lime
  • Salt
  • Dried fish
  • Onions
  • Chilli pieces
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chillies
  • Garlic
  • Vinegar
  • Maldives
  • Curry powder
  • Chilli powder
Steps
  1. First put oil in to a pan and fry the bilimbi.
  2. Fry the dried fishes.
  3. Cut the onions, garlic, curry leaves and green chillies.
  4. Then fry the onions, garlic, curry leaves and green chillies.
  5. Chop the bilimbi and dried fishes. 
  6. Next put vinger on a pan and when its hot add chilli pieces, curry powder, fried bilimbi,  ,onions , curry leaves, and green chillies.
  7. Mixed it.
  8. Then add some sugar to this mixture.
  9. When the bilimbi mixture cools add some lime.
  10. Now you can taste your bilimbi pickle.
