 Soursop Curry

Ingredients 

  • Soursop
  • Lime juice
  • Onions
  • Green chillies
  • Pandan
  • Curry leaves
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Mustard seeds
  • Fenugreek
  • Cinnamon
  • Chilli powder 
  • Turmeric powder 
  • Curry powder
  • Black pepper
  • Coconut milk
  • Maldives fish
  • Salt
Steps
  1. First wash & clean the soursop fruit.
  2. Remove the soursop seeds.
  3. Then cut it to pieces.
  4. Put water in to a pot & add lime juice ,soursop pieces in to it and leave them for some time.
  5. Then cut the onions, garlic, ginger and green chillies.
  6. Remove the lime water and wash the soursop pieces with pure water.
  7. Put a pot on the stove add coconut oil and mustard seeds, fenugreek, curry & pandan leaves, cinnamon, onions, garlic, ginger, curry leaves and pandan in to it and mix it.
  8. Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, curry powder and soursop pieces in to it.
  9. Next add coconut milk, green chillies, maldives fish, black pepper& salt  in to it.
  10. Then cook it.
  11. After it cooked you can taste your soursop curry.
