Soursop Curry
Ingredients
- Soursop
- Lime juice
- Onions
- Green chillies
- Pandan
- Curry leaves
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Mustard seeds
- Fenugreek
- Cinnamon
- Chilli powder
- Turmeric powder
- Curry powder
- Black pepper
- Coconut milk
- Maldives fish
- Salt
Steps
- First wash & clean the soursop fruit.
- Remove the soursop seeds.
- Then cut it to pieces.
- Put water in to a pot & add lime juice ,soursop pieces in to it and leave them for some time.
- Then cut the onions, garlic, ginger and green chillies.
- Remove the lime water and wash the soursop pieces with pure water.
- Put a pot on the stove add coconut oil and mustard seeds, fenugreek, curry & pandan leaves, cinnamon, onions, garlic, ginger, curry leaves and pandan in to it and mix it.
- Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, curry powder and soursop pieces in to it.
- Next add coconut milk, green chillies, maldives fish, black pepper& salt in to it.
- Then cook it.
- After it cooked you can taste your soursop curry.
