- Spiny gourds
- Onions
- Garlic
- Coconut oil
- Ginger
- Cinnamon
- Dried chillies
- Green chillies
- Pandan
- Curry leaves
- Tomatoes
- Curry powder
- Chilli powder
- Black pepper
- Seasame seeds
- Mustard seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Coconut milk
- Tamarind
- Salt
Steps
- First wash the spiny gourds and cut in 4 pieces.
- Cut the tomatoes ,onions ,green chillies ,pandan , curry leaves ,garlic, ginger and green chillies.
- Fry the seasame seeds.
- Put coconut oil in to the pot and fry mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Add onions , garlic ,ginger ,mustard seeds ,cinnamon ,dry & green chillies, pandan ,curry leaves and lastly add tomatoes.
- Turmeric powder, chilli powder, black pepper, curry powder and salt add to it and temperd.
- After well temperd it add some coconut milk in to it.
- Then add spiny gourds in to it and stir.
- Lastly add tamarind and coconut milk and cook it.
- Now you can taste your spiny gourd curry.
